Roller dresser for profiling are available in four types: metal truer, electroplated truer, prisma dresser, and grain stone dresser. We select the optimum specifications according to grinding wheel specifications and dimensions, dressing conditions, and requirements.

Electroformed roller dresser with diamond grains regularly arranged to reduce grain concentration and improve sharpness. Grain concentration can be adjusted according to your needs. The sharpness of parts requiring complex shapes can be controlled.

Diamond roller dressers are used for forming and dressing fired abrasive grinding wheels and CBN wheels. Since these dressers are capable of accurate and speedy form dressing, they can effectively be used to mass produce work parts with a high degree of accuracy. Diamond roller dressers are available in sintered and electroforming types.

NEO STAR wheels are bonded with polyimide resin, which has excellent heat resistance, tensile strength, and elasticity. It can be used for grinding that requires long-time shape retention, heavy-duty grinding, creep-feed grinding, efficient grinding of high-hardness steel (HRC67 higher), and grinding of relatively low-hardness steel (HRC40-50 ) that requires long life.

Lace centers (concave/convex): Sampax is used on the tips of concave/convex centers that support workpieces on lathes and grinders to achieve long-term, high-precision machining.
Centerless blades: SUNPAX is used in the blade wear area of centerless grinding machines to achieve high-precision, high-efficiency machining.
Shoes and rests: Wear resistance is especially required for the parts that hold the workpiece in place on the grinding machine. The use of "Sampax" for this purpose makes it possible to maintain high machining accuracy.
Measuring tools: When measuring the dimensions of machined parts, the use of diamonds or Sampax on the tips of measuring tools provides resistance to abrasion and helps maintain measurement accuracy.

SUNPAX：Sintered Diamond SUNPAX：Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD)
A polycrystalline sintered body obtained by simultaneously forming microcrystals of synthetic diamond with various bonding agents at high temperature and high pressure. Mainly used as high-precision cutting and wear-resistant tools for nonferrous metals, non-metals, and composite materials.
SUNNITE: Cubic Boron Nitride Sintered SUNNITE: Polycrystallite Cubic Boron Nitride (PCBN)
A polycrystalline sintered body obtained by forming microcrystals of CBN at the same time as the binder at high temperature and high pressure. It is mainly suited for cutting difficult-to-cut materials such as hardened steel and heat-resistant steel.

Our original coating technologies utilizing the chemical vapor deposition method can be applied on tools with any complicated shape while retraining both high adhesiveness to base metal and excellent wear resistance. With choice of the right type and thickness of coating depending on the application, these tools are most suitable for processing carbon, ceramics, and FRP.

With our processing know-how and a wide selection of diamond/CBN blanks, we offer standard and custom-made products and also special specification (chip breakers, wipers, etc.) designs to improve productivity in processing various materials (aluminum, nonferrous metals, hardened steel, cast iron, sintered metals, etc.

To meet the market demand for higher productivity, we developed helical type drills with a diamond compact to achieve rapid feeding and reduces thrust. Also available are special types that solve exit burr and chip obstruction problems.
They also enable process integration by adopting one-pass finish and multistep edges.
