Diamond Sprue Bush is ideal for injection molding of filler-reinforced plastic materials. It has excellent wear resistance and reduces "wear progression at the nozzle touch area" that causes resin leakage problems. High quality diamond finish that exhibits low wettability more than a high hardness substance. In addition, the life is 10 times longer than that of conventional ferrous metal bushings. It also reduces waste.

By using diamond for water jet nozzle, water stream width can be minimized and directness and ultrahigh pressure achieved, resulting in higher precision and longer life. Furthermore, by expanding the width of the water stream, the nozzle can also be used for cleaning and removal of burrs.

Lace centers (concave/convex): Sampax is used on the tips of concave/convex centers that support workpieces on lathes and grinders to achieve long-term, high-precision machining.
