Management Training
We conduct in-person training sessions focused primarily on newly appointed managers, with the goal of achieving results as a team through the development of subordinates and team management, while effectively utilizing the allocated management resources in line with the vision and objectives of the responsible department. In addition, through e-learning, we provide an environment where participants can independently study topics such as coaching and developing subordinates, organizational management, and strategic planning.
Training for Junior Sales Representatives
To improve sales skills, we will review product and technical knowledge and experience the products firsthand through hands-on demonstrations.
New Employee Training
With the primary goal of helping employees transition from a student mindset to a professional one, we conduct residential training programs designed to provide hands-on training in business etiquette and foster teamwork among new hires. Additionally, eight months after joining the company, we offer follow-up training to help employees reflect on their experience from the time they joined to the present, identify their own areas for improvement, reaffirm basic company policies, and acquire product knowledge—all to support them in becoming fully independent as quickly as possible.
