Human Resource Development

We believe that the growth of each employee leads to the growth of the company, and this is our policy for human resource development. We have introduced a training system and other programs to support the growth of our employees so that they can play an active role in their respective fields. In addition, with the aim of becoming a truly global company, we place importance on people-to-people relationships, for example, by promoting human resource exchanges through active technical training both within the company and with overseas group companies. While maintaining a high level of specialization, we will nurture experts in many fields.

Management Training

We provide group training mainly for newly appointed managers, with the goal of achieving results for the team as a whole through the development of subordinates and team management by effectively utilizing the given management resources in response to the vision and goals of the section in charge. E-learning programs provide an environment in which participants can learn independently about subordinate guidance and development, organizational management, and strategic planning.

Training for young sales employees

Reconfirmation of product and technical knowledge to improve sales techniques. Experiencing products through machine demonstrations.

New employee training

With the main goal of switching their awareness from students to working members of society, we conduct training camps to provide practical training in business manners and to foster teamwork among new employees. In addition, eight months after joining the company, we provide follow-up training for employees to look back on their time with the company and recognize their own issues, reconfirm basic internal matters, and acquire product knowledge to help them quickly become full-fledged members of the company.
