Roller dresser for profiling are available in four types: metal truer, electroplated truer, prisma dresser, and grain stone dresser. We select the optimum specifications according to grinding wheel specifications and dimensions, dressing conditions, and requirements.

Implegnated	Multilayer		Impregnated type roller dresser	・Type in which fine diamond is held with sintered metal. ・It has a long life because it has multiple layers, but when the wideth of the diamond layer is wide, the free cutting of the grinding wheel becomes bad.	Grinding wheel and ・Vitrified CBN *In the case of vitrified CBN, which the adjustment of the free cutting is required by the dress condition, there are more combinations with the single layer type.
