The Asahi Diamond Group has established a QMS (Quality Management System) at all domestic plants, Yamanashi Asahi Diamond Industrial Co. Ltd. have established a QMS (Quality Management System) and obtained ISO9001 certification.

Our group has six production bases in Japan and has established a production system to provide high quality products.
We also collaborate with our overseas production bases and actively exchange human resources and technologies among them to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality in all of our products.
As the demands of our customers continue to increase year by year, we have always been committed to providing products that exceed their expectations, backed by our production capabilities backed by the high level of technology and solid production system that we have cultivated over the years.
We will continue to strive to provide total service through a production system that integrates all of our bases.
Diamond tools are used in manufacturing sites in a wide range of industries, and since diamond tools are often used to process expensive materials, it is extremely important to stabilize the quality and supply of diamond tools.
We must build a system to ensure stable production and guarantee the quality of our products, while at the same time constantly exploring possibilities for improvement.
Thorough efforts to ensure a stable supply
No process is indispensable to achieve a reliable and stable supply.
The high quality of our products is supported by the fact that we have established a system to ensure a safe supply at every step of the process, from purchasing to production, inspection, and delivery of finished products to customers.
In purchasing raw materials, we have a system in place to purchase only carefully selected raw materials from reliable channels in order to guarantee a stable supply.
We also record the dates and times of periodic maintenance of our manufacturing equipment. Furthermore, in order to maintain a high level of accuracy, we thoroughly control each manufacturing site.
Exceeding customer expectations with valuable products
Approximately 90% of our products are made to order by our customers.
We believe that the most important thing is to produce the most valuable products for our customers, and that is why we view our production process as one that extends from delivery to the customer until customer satisfaction is achieved.
We consider it as one of our added values to ship products in the best condition to meet each customer's requirements and to have our engineers visit the customer's site to listen to the customer's requests afterwards, if necessary.
We also utilize our high level of communication skills in our constant pursuit of results that exceed our customer's expectations.
