1937 Asahi Diamond Industrial Co., Ltd. is established in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo with the aim of manufacturing and selling diamond tools.

1944 Ueno Works (former Mie Works) completed in Ueno City (now Iga City)
Began selling diamond dies.

Shanghai Asahi Xihui Diamond Industrial Co.,Ltd. established
PT.Asahi Diamond Industrial Indonesia acquired all shares
2003 CMP conditioners sales launched.
2006 New Mie Plant completed in Iga, Mie Prefecture, integrating the Mie Plant and Mie Secondary Plant.
2007 Electrodeposited diamond wire "EcoMEP" sales launched.
2011 Acquired additional shares of Asahi Diamond Thailand (currently a consolidated subsidiary)
2013. Acquisition of all shares of Koremura Co.

2020 Chiba Plant completed in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture
2021Technical Development Center completed in Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki City
2022 Transferred from the First Section to the Prime Market due to the reaffirmation of the market classification of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
