Multi-stakeholder Policy

In light of the growing importance of value creation not only with shareholders but also with employees, business partners, customers, creditors, local communities, and other diverse stakeholders in corporate management, the Company is committed to appropriate collaboration with multi-stakeholders. In addition, from the viewpoint that the appropriate distribution of earnings and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to multi-stakeholders will lead to the maintenance of momentum for wage increases and sustainable economic development, and from the viewpoint that it is important to return profits to employees and give consideration to business partners, the following initiatives will be implemented. We will promote the following initiatives.

  1. Return to Employees

The Company will focus on maximizing added value through sustainable growth and productivity improvement efforts by focusing the allocation of management resources on growth areas, developing the skills of employees, and improving their abilities and skills. Based on the earnings and results generated, we will raise wages in an appropriate manner in accordance with the "Principles of Wage Determination" and in light of the company's own situation. In addition, we aim to continuously return profits to our employees through proactive efforts in education and training, etc., to improve employee engagement and productivity.
(Individual items) Specifically, with respect to wage increases, based on the personnel system introduced in April 2023, we aim to realize treatment commensurate with job responsibilities without being limited by length of service. Regarding education and training, etc., we will work to recruit young and mid-career personnel essential for future growth, strengthen training by rank and education necessary for strategic product development, and develop systems to accommodate diverse work styles.

  2. Consideration for Business Partners

We will continue our efforts to comply with the contents of the Declaration of Partnership Building.
In the event that the Partnership Building Declaration is no longer posted on the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of the multi-stakeholder policy.

In addition, with regard to business relationships with tax-exempt businesses, we will work to establish appropriate relationships by referring to the government's publicly announced ideas on how tax-exempt businesses and their business partners should respond to the invoice system.

We will continue to make steady efforts to address these items while checking the status of initiatives.

Sincerely,
