Multi-stakeholder Policy

Recognizing that co-creation of value with a diverse range of stakeholders—including not only shareholders but also employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities—has become increasingly important in corporate management, we are committed to engaging in appropriate collaboration with these multi-stakeholders.Furthermore, recognizing that the appropriate distribution of profits and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvements to our multi-stakeholders is essential for maintaining momentum in wage increases and fostering sustainable economic development—and that returning value to employees and showing consideration for business partners are key to this—we will implement the following initiatives.

  1. Benefits for Employees

Through the targeted allocation of management resources to growth areas, as well as employee capacity development and skill enhancement, our company is committed to sustainable growth and productivity improvement, with a focus on maximizing added value.Furthermore, based on the profits and results generated, and in accordance with our “Fundamental Principles for Wage Determination,” we will implement wage increases using appropriate methods tailored to our company’s circumstances. In addition, as part of comprehensive improvements to overall employee compensation and benefits, we will actively pursue initiatives—centered on education and training—that contribute to enhancing employee engagement and further improving productivity, thereby aiming to provide sustainable benefits to our employees.
(Specific Items) Specifically, regarding wage increases, based on the human resources system introduced in April 2023, we aim to provide compensation commensurate with job responsibilities, regardless of years of service. Regarding education and training, we will focus on recruiting young and mid-career talent essential for future growth, strengthening rank-specific training and education necessary for strategic product development, and establishing systems that support diverse work styles.

  2. Consideration for Business Partners

We will continue to work to comply with the provisions of the Partnership Declaration.
Furthermore, if the publication of the Partnership Declaration on the portal site is discontinued, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.

Furthermore, regarding business relationships with businesses exempt from the consumption tax, we will work to establish appropriate relationships by referring to the government’s guidelines on how exempt businesses and their business partners should comply with the invoice system.

We will continue to make steady progress on these items while monitoring the status of our efforts.

Sincerely,

December 19, 2024
