Multi-stakeholder Policy

In light of the growing importance of value creation not only with shareholders but also with employees, business partners, customers, creditors, local communities, and other diverse stakeholders in corporate management, the Company is committed to appropriate collaboration with multi-stakeholders. In addition, from the viewpoint that the appropriate distribution of earnings and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to multi-stakeholders will lead to the maintenance of momentum for wage increases and sustainable economic development, and from the viewpoint that it is important to return profits to employees and give consideration to business partners, the following initiatives will be implemented. We will promote the following initiatives.

1. Return to Employees

   The Company will focus on maximizing added value through sustainable growth and productivity improvement efforts, by focusing the allocation of management resources on growth areas and by developing and enhancing the skills of its employees. Based on the earnings and results generated, we will raise wages in an appropriate manner in accordance with the "Principles of Wage Determination" and in light of the company's own situation. In addition, we aim to provide sustainable returns to employees through proactive efforts to improve overall compensation, focusing on investment in human resources to enhance employee engagement and further improve productivity.
   Specifically, with respect to wage increases, we are aiming to realize compensation commensurate with job responsibilities, regardless of length of service, based on the personnel system introduced in April 2023. Regarding investment in human resources, we will work to recruit young and mid-career personnel who are indispensable for future growth, strengthen training by rank and education necessary for strategic product development, and develop systems that accommodate diverse work styles.

2. Consideration for Business Partners

   We will continue our efforts to comply with the contents of the Declaration of Partnership Building.
