In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation and the Act on Promotion of Women’s Active Participation in the Workforce, our company has formulated a “General Employer Action Plan.” Our efforts have now been recognized, and we have received “Certification as a General Employer Meeting Standards” from the Director of the Tokyo Labor Bureau.
Under our “General Employer Action Plan,” we have set numerical targets for measures such as improving the employment environment to facilitate a work-life balance and providing career opportunities for female employees. We have submitted this plan to the Tokyo Labor Bureau and listed it on the “Database of Companies Promoting Women’s Active Participation in the Workforce” (https://positive-ryouritsu.mhlw.go.jp/positivedb/). We will continue to work toward achieving the goals outlined in the plan so that we can maintain this certification in the future.
