Regarding Measures to Address the Novel Coronavirus

While infections of the new COVID-19 variant are spreading nationwide, our infection prevention measures and current production activities are as follows:

 Business Operations
Our sales and administrative staff will continue to serve our customers while working from home. Please note that customer visits will be conducted via web conferencing systems. We appreciate your understanding.

 Factory Operations Status
All of our domestic factories continue to operate while implementing infection prevention measures, including staggered work hours, temperature checks, health screenings, mask-wearing, hand sanitization, social distancing, and restrictions on movement between departments. We have secured several months’ worth of raw materials and maintain sufficient inventory. Furthermore, we have not encountered any serious issues with production procurement from our suppliers, and there is no impact on production for the foreseeable future.

 Transportation
There are no disruptions to domestic delivery services within Japan.Regarding international shipments, due to reduced air freight frequencies, cargo capacity is limited, and delays in shipping are occurring in some regions. For details, please contact our sales representative.

 Request to Customers
Should the COVID-19 situation worsen in the future, it may affect our production activities. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to place orders as early as possible and consider securing inventory. We will continue to strive to maintain product supply while implementing infection prevention and control measures.
