Notice of the Closure of the Chiba Tsurumai Plant

　The Chiba Tsurumai Plant was completed in March 1989 as a production facility for tools used in the electronic semiconductor industry. We would like to announce that, following the transfer of manufacturing operations to the Chiba Plant and the Tamagawa Plant, the Chiba Tsurumai Plant will cease operations as of the end of February 2021.
