In accordance with the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation and the Law for the Promotion of Women's Activities, we have formulated a "General Business Owner Action Plan" and have recently been certified as a "Standard-Compliant General Business Owner" by the Director of the Tokyo Labor Bureau in recognition of our efforts.
The "General Business Owner Action Plan" sets numerical targets for the development of an employment environment that balances work and family life, and for the provision of opportunities related to the professional lives of female workers, and is listed in the "Database of Companies Promoting Women's Activities https://positive-ryouritsu.mhlw.go.jp/ The company has been listed on the "positivedb/" database of companies promoting women's activities and has submitted a report to the Tokyo Labor Bureau. We will continue our efforts to achieve the contents of the plan so that we can continue to obtain this certification in the future.
